Dr. Flagg is a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed psychiatric residency at Johns Hopkins in 2022. Prior to starting Innovations Psychiatry, he was a psychiatrist for veterans at the Pittsburgh VA and remains on staff at St. Clair Hospital. He is a Pittsburgh local and is passionate about the thoughtful care of his patients.
